Senior Salesforce Consultant

Tremend is looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You’ll use your problem-solving creativity to figure out our client’s most complex and challenging problems across different industries. We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will be instrumental in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions. 

 

Your Impact:

• Leading the capture and understanding of client’s requirements, through meetings, planning and facilitating workshops
• Defining client needs and recommending solutions
• Leading the analysis of business requirements into a backlog of functional epics and stories
• Maintaining strong and close communication with the client to prioritise functionality and gather feedback
• Leading the configuration of Salesforce products
• Providing leadership and guidance to more junior members of the team
• Ensuring the quality of the delivery through close collaboration with QA/Testers
• Defining possible client solutions or alternatives
• Understanding and gathering client’s requirements and recommending applicable approaches
• Writing reports for users based on Salesforce data
• Producing and delivering conceptual and functional analysis for data and process models
• Creating guidelines for users.

Your Skills & Experience:

• 3- 5 years of proven experience of working in-depth with the Salesforce platform
• Salesforce Admin 201 certification and other Salesforce certifications
• Proven client facing experience and success
• Demonstrable collaborative and supportive team player
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• In depth knowledge of Salesforce products and solutions
• Agile project management & scrum master skills
• Knowledge of change management best practices
• Experience delivering user training
• Knowledge of Automated Deployment.
