Injection Moulding Job Setter

As an Injection Moulding Job Setter, you will change the model or mold in injection machines from 50Tn to 1300Tn in 4 phases: Preparation of the change, Execution of the change of model s/g standardized guideline by methods based on a SMED methodology with standardized times, Adjustment of parameters of the injection process and Verification of part quality.

 

Which skills do you need?

 

• This position requires a level of complementary secondary studies (Higher Cycle in electromechanics or plastics processing) with knowledge acquired in practice and specific training in mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics.

• Knowledge of moulds, plastic materials, injection processing and robot programming is highly valuable.

• Experience of 36 months in similar positions is required.

• Requires a rigorous, orderly, precise and very reliable person in his work.

• It requires a high commitment in its work.
