About the role
· 12+ years of relevant experience in software development, preferably in Data, Master Data Management (MDM), Information Management platforms· Experience defining data strategy and roadmap for Master Data Management and Data Governance· Experience in Data Steward process, with hands-on experience in Data Cleansing process and tools· Participate in architectural discussions, perform system analysis which involves a review of the existing systems and operating methodologies.· Experience with MDM Tools like Collibra, Informatica, IBM or Reltio. · Prefer to have experience with MDM Tools like Informatica/Siperian. · Full understanding of various MDM domains like Customer, Product and Organization and their data models· Experience with data profiling to understand rules for match/merge, DQ and hierarchy management· Excellent interpersonal, written communication, persuasive and presentation skills.· Experience in establishing Guidelines, frameworks and best practices for Data Governance· Strong SQL skills.· Knowledge of Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST, integration middleware such as Mulesoft· Demonstrated experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.· Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.· High-level written and verbal communication skills· Knowledge of hybrid (cloud/on premises) integration architecture patterns, End-to-End understanding of Data Integration· Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines · Background working in an agile delivery framework· Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks
