About Us - Human Resources

• The Human Resources team consists of over twenty-five employees and serves over 4,000 Freeman Family members 

• We provide services in Compensation, Recruitment, Timekeeping, Benefits, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compliance, and Workers Compensation

• Experience desirable schedules, Monday-Friday with no weekends or holidays

What You'll Do

Responsible for managing Case management files for injured workers following protocols and in compliance with Freeman directives. Assesses and analyzes injured worker's medical and/or vocational status and develops a viable, realistic action plan for maximum medical improvement from date of referral to closure.

Requirements

Current Missouri and Kansas Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.

Auto liability insurance.

Clean driving record.
