Business Analyst - Track-A-Tool

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with system users, technicians/developers, and managerial staff.
• Evaluating business and system processes for areas of improvement; developing and implementing solutions.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results.
• Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
• Providing ongoing support to system users.
• Conducting root cause analysis to identify system gaps and deficiencies.
• Researching financial discrepancies, determining the most appropriate methods to correct them, and preparing corrections. 
• Supporting the month-end processes

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Extensive experience with Track-A-Tool.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Responsible, accountable, dependable, team player, and collaborative.
• Understanding of basic principles of finance and accounting.
