These tasks will include, but will not be limited to:
• Conduct detailed reporting and deep-dive analysis to derive actionable business insights
• Set up internal reporting and processes to drive automation and more efficiency
• Capture, track, and advance qualified engagements in our CRM lead management system (Salesforce)
• Organize and participate in events
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Causeway Bay, HKG
• Graduate in 2024, currently working towards a Bachelors (BS) or Masters (MS) in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, Finance, or Information Management (or similar field)
• Able to work full-time for 12 months
• Advanced Powerpoint and Excel user (practical knowledge of VBA/macros and advanced Excel functions)
• Proficient in data analysis
• Work closely with business development managers and program managers to conduct industry research and ecosystem stakeholder analysis
• Self-motivated to work proactively on tasks
• Great team player to work with others as a team
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for both written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing stakeholder requests
• Highly driven and demonstrated ability to implement and deliver against aggressive targets
• Salesforce CRM skills are a plus
• Excel Power Pivot skills are a plus
