We’re looking for a Customer Strategy Manager to join our Chief Customer Officer’s team and help shape how Flatpay manages, grows, and retains our customer portfolio across markets.
You’ll be at the center of our customer operations — driving strategic projects, uncovering insights, and turning data into actions that elevate our customer experience, retention, and growth.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys both analytical and strategic challenges, and wants to help shape the playbook for customer success in one of Europe’s most ambitious fintechs.

What you'll do

• Drive strategic initiatives across markets to improve customer retention, growth, and satisfaction.
• Analyze data to identify tendencies, opportunities, and best practices across customer segments and regions.
• Collaborate with local market teams to scale successful practices and address portfolio challenges.
• Develop and deliver insightful presentations that help leaders make data-driven decisions.
• Act as a thought partner to the CCO and leadership on how to build and sustain a healthy, growing customer base.

Who you are

• 2–4 years of experience from consulting, strategy, analytics, or a similar data-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills — you’re comfortable working with data, finding patterns, and drawing actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities — you can translate complex findings into clear, compelling stories.
• Self-driven and structured — you take ownership of projects from idea to impact.
• Curious, ambitious, and eager to be part of a hyper-growth environment.
