The Segment Sr Planning & Execution resource is critical to driving Equifax Digital Solutions (EDS)Tech org roadmaps, special initiatives and M&A Integration deliverables. This role also serves as the operational right hand to the Engineering Segment leader which a focus on budget management, workforce planning, security/compliance and running production application with a high degree of operational hygiene rigor. EDS iis a key growth area for EFX; propelling the company to diversify and grow in the now mortgage/credit space. EDS focuses on Identity, Fraud and Compliance solutions for a rapidly expanding set of industries such as ecommerce, large FIs, healthcare, government, gaming and more.  EFX Tech uses a variety of Agile Frameworks and practices (Lean-Agile, Agile @ Spotify, SAFe, etc) to provide the right level of Enterprise Business Agility needed to deliver at scale in a highly matrixed ecosystem.

The successful candidate will help drive the roadmap planning process in partnership with Product Management and will ensure that MDA delivers with engineering & Security excellence.  The P&E resource will also be responsible for leading our tech transformation, improving  operations/process, reporting progress on plan, and other duties as required. He or she will work in a fast paced organization addressing challenging business and technology issues.  Successful candidates must have the ability to drive needed results utilizing a high amount of collaboration,  exhibit proactive ownership, problem solve, facilitate change and have a strong customer centric focus. Required  competencies include: delivering results, managing ambiguity, managing large programs with external dependencies, balancing competing & changing priorities, ability to multitask, attention to detail, adapting to change, holding one-self accountable for results, working  with a sense of urgency, and meeting commitments. 



What you’ll do

  • Plan technology deliverable and support execution by driving RAIDS to closure, roadmap release management and capacity planning
  • Drive security/compliance and operational hygiene outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholders including reporting and other info radiators
  • Support other engineering Backoffice functions (ie budget management, time tracking, workforce planning, business cases etc)

What experience you need

  • 5+ years of experience with the full software development life cycle (SDLC) 
  • 5+ years experience in large highly matrixed enterprises across lines of business and technology. 
  • Public Cloud certified (AWS or GCP),  Project Management certifications (PMI),  Agile Framework certifications strongly preferred  ∙ 
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex technology delivery programs.
  • Strong understanding of and experience with  Data & Analytics and  BI tools.
  •  Experience in leading public cloud  transformation initiatives related to software delivery.
  • 2+ years of experience with common software delivery and project management tools (Jira, Aha!, smartsheets, G-Suite etc)
  • Highly Collaborative with the ability to effectively facilitate & negotiate for needed results 
  • Excellent presentation communication skills - both oral and written; including the ability to  communicate technical subject matter to non technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated driver to solve problems, highly inquisitive, and able to make progress despite obstacles
  • Strong time management skills and sense of timeliness to meet commitments 
  • Exceptional facilitation skills to gain and maintain alignment, transparency of process, results, and trust ∙
