This role will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic talent initiatives that develop and retain critical executive leaders across the organization. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on program management to create transformative learning experiences and career pathways for executives. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for developing leaders, a track record of building impactful programs, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives. They will combine strategic vision with practical execution to create lasting impact on the organization's leadership capabilities. This role requires strategic and systems thinking, problem solving, excellent project management skills, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Program Design
- Develop and execute comprehensive executive development strategy aligned with organizational goals and future leadership needs
- Design innovative leadership programs, workshops, and learning journeys that accelerate executive capabilities
- Partner with senior leaders to identify critical leadership competencies and skills gaps
- Build evaluation metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI
Program Management & Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end management of executive development initiatives
- Exceptional project management skills with demonstrated contingency planning, managing multiple, concurrent projects and driving to completion, as well as the ability in overseeing effective and accurate project plans
- Manage relationships with external partners, including leadership consultants and executive coaches
- Coordinate internal stakeholders
- Monitor program budgets
- Facilitate select sessions
Talent Management
- Design and manage career development paths for Executive alumni
- Guide the identification and assessment of Executive alumni with Talent Management COE and Enterprise talent partners
- Provide networking, coaching, and advisory support to program alumni
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or related field
- Proven track record designing and implementing executive development programs
- Experience working directly with senior executives
- Strong understanding of leadership development frameworks
