Business Systems Manager

Summary:

In the position of Business Systems Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the systems and processes for Production Planning, Inventory, Warehousing, Shipping and Receiving and responsible for providing training to management on the systems and processes for these areas.

Essential Job Functions:

• Review and monitor systems and processes used in Production Planning, Inventory, Warehousing, Shipping and Receiving, i.e., SAP, Efficiency Tracking, Microsoft Suite
• Provide leadership support and guidance to Production Team, Planning and Inventory in regards to systems and processes
• Develop reports and dashboards to track system performance, process efficiency and key performance indicators
  (KPIs).
• Provide training to management team on system usage, process improvements, and best practices
• Establish, review and update policies and procedures for systems and processes in Production Planning, Inventories, Warehousing, Shipping and Receiving.

Position Requirements:

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of in business management, Engineering, Production Operations Management, food science
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 3‐5 years of experience in Manufacturing
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 3‐5 years of experience in SAP
• Computer Skills Desired: Proficient Microsoft Suite
• Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: N/A

Base Salary Range: $93,000 - $107,000 Annually
