Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support the Manufacturing Operations Support and Logistics team in Everett, WA. Occasional travel to the Renton, WA factory is a requirement.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

• Analyzes and interprets data.

• Provides feedback on assessment results.

• Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.

• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

• Works under general direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

 

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment.

• 3+ years of experience with data analysis.

• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Summary Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000
