We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in home care environments. The ideal candidate needs to possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals requiring personal care. Job Type: Part-timePay: $15.00 - $17.50 per hourExpected hours: 10 – 30 per weekWork Location: In person Benefits:·       Life Insurance·       Dental Insurance·       Paid Orientation·       Paid Training·       Flexible schedule·       Mileage reimbursement·       Referral program Duties·       Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.·       Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.·       Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.·       Assist with mobility, including lifting and transferring clients safely.·       Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.·       Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.·       Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.·       Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Requirements·       Previous experience in caregiving, nursing home settings, or senior care is preferred.·       Familiarity with assisted living, memory care, or home care services is a plus.·       Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.·       Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.·       Ability to lift and assist clients as needed while ensuring their safety.·       Basic knowledge of patient care principles and practices is beneficial.·       Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
