The role offers the opportunity for occasional travel to our sites in Ireland, with a weekly presence in our vibrant Dublin and Meath offices. This is a 1 year fixed term contract.

 

You will be at the heart of our strategic projects, sourcing and hiring niche business roles across our Irish sites. Working closely with our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partners, you will lead end-to-end recruitment solutions, leveraging your knowledge of the local market and industry trends. Your innovative approach will drive branding campaigns, shape future talent, and ensure diversity and inclusion is woven into all our strategies. Additionally, your role will involve supporting and delivering training initiatives and providing critical analytical data to inform talent decisions for our GTA activities.

 

What You Need:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A Bachelor's degree or CIPD qualification in a relevant discipline
• At least 5 years' experience in a large matrixed environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday
• Proven ability to collaborate, prioritize tasks, and build relationships proactively
