Job Title: Program Manager – IT & Business Transformation (Healthcare Domain Preferred)Location: Remote (CST time zone)Experience Level: SeniorJob Description:·       We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager with a proven track record in leading enterprise-level initiatives within complex, cross-functional environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, particularly with executive-level (CX-1) leadership, and will demonstrate deep expertise in Agile methodologies, ServiceNow program governance, and revenue management processes. Prior experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with organizations like Centene, is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:•     Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for CXO-level stakeholders, effectively communicating program goals, progress, and risks.•     Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.•     Drive governance and portfolio oversight using ServiceNow, including reporting, tracking KPIs, and ensuring compliance with internal frameworks.•     Function as a senior Scrum Master, championing Agile best practices, facilitating ceremonies, and supporting Agile teams in delivery excellence.•     Oversee financial and operational aspects of programs, with a strong focus on revenue management and cost optimization strategies.•     Collaborate across product, technology, and business teams to manage dependencies, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful outcomes.•     Develop executive-level dashboards and status updates for program sponsors and stakeholders.•     Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure program stability.Qualifications:•     10+ years of experience in program and project management within technology-driven organizations.•     Proven experience interfacing with C-level executives, ideally within a healthcare context.•     Expertise in ServiceNow for program governance, demand management, and reporting.•     Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification with hands-on experience managing Agile teams.•     Strong background in revenue cycle management and related financial processes.•     Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into clear, actionable insights.•     Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).•     Healthcare domain experience is a strong plus, particularly in payer/provider environments.Equal Employment Opportunity DeclarationBrillio is an equal opportunity employer to all, regardless of age, ancestry, colour, disability (mental and physical), exercising the right to family care and medical leave, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, military or veteran status, national origin, political affiliation, race, religious creed, sex (includes pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and related medical conditions), and sexual orientation.
