Your team

You will be working in the International Retail Models team within the Retail Credit Risk Models in Krakow, which is part of the group-wide Quantitative Risk Methodology departement.

Your expertise

You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Econometrics, or similar).
You have a basic understanding of statistical and econometric methods and are eager to apply them in practice.
You show interest in banking and financial markets and are motivated to learn more.
Experience with quantitative modeling is a plus, but not required.
You are keen to contribute to project development and support project management tasks.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work within deadlines.

You are:
• an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
•a flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
•adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
•strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
•an expert user of R and/or Python
• good in managing planning and deliverables
