Job Title: Administrative Coordinator Department/Program: ORR/HSPRS Reports To: Director of Business Operations Work Location: Federal Way FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly) Work Arrangement: Hybrid (in-office 2 days a week) Salary: $21.55 – $23.75/hr. (Non-bilingual), $23.49 – $25.89/hr. (Bilingual) Morrison Child and Family Services: We are a Joint Commission and Sanctuary accredited non-profit organization that provides a comprehensive array of services to children, adolescents, and their families. - Provide administrative support to remote staff across the United States
- Prepare and reconcile monthly visa and travel reports for staff with frequent out-of-state travel
- Track and monitor out-of-state travel and professional development fund usage
- Monitor budgets for professional development and office supplies
- Coordinate with agency departments and external partners to support operational efficiency
- Participate in program meetings and cross-departmental initiatives as assigned
- Provide basic technical and computer support and coordinate with IT resources as needed
- Serve as liaison to Facilities regarding building operations, security, and janitorial services
- Lead quarterly safety compliance activities and participate in virtual safety committee meetings
- Maintain vendor schedules and manage office supply inventory and mail.
- Maintain and reconcile petty cash
- Support hiring, onboarding, and participation in local job fairs
- Complete accurate and timely timesheets and required administrative records
- Demonstrate a commitment to developing a thorough knowledge and application of the Sanctuary model and other organizational policies & practices.
- Participate in staff development, in-services, and training related to workplace effectiveness; model professional behaviors and implement improvements to business practices with awareness of their impact in a trauma-informed behavioral healthcare organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support program operations
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication in English
- Experience working in shared systems and virtual environments
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
