Floating Dental Patient Coordinator – Full-Time

Location: Riccobene – Rock Hill and Fort Mill

Are you passionate about providing exceptional patient experiences? Our Riccobene Rock Hill and Fort Mill offices are seeking a full-time Floating Dental Patient Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office by managing patient schedules, handling administrative tasks, and delivering top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize patient schedules to ensure efficient office workflow
  • Greet and check in patients, collect and update necessary information in patient records
  • Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, and schedule appointments
  • Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
  • Collect payments and provide clear financial and insurance information to patients
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a dental office or healthcare setting (preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle time-sensitive tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit ethical conduct
