<h3>Company Description</h3><p>Step into the thrilling world of Formula 1 with Visa Cash App RB F1 Team, and don’t miss your unique opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic and innovative environment.</p><p> </p><p>We are one of the two Red Bull-owned Formula 1 Teams, and a group of passionate professionals in the endless search for performance and excellence, where every detail makes a difference, in every aspect of our operations.</p><p> </p><p>We are looking for a Senior Quality Mechanical Inspector to join our F1 Team in Faenza, Italy.</p><p> </p><p>Reporting to the Head of Quality, as a Senior Quality Mechanical Inspector you will play a crucial role in conducting inspections, ensuring components traceability, managining NCRs and CRs and supporting track fault investigations.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Inspection Procedures, Non-Conformities and Concession Requests</strong></p><p>perform inspection procedures on components delivered to the Quality Department by external suppliers and internal production, adhering to established procedures;</p><p>manage Non-Conformities (NCR) and Concession Requests (CR) from both internal production and external suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and traceability;</p><p>participate in technical meetings with designers to address Non-Conformities and Concession Requests, ensuring appropriate actions and solutions are implemented.</p><p><strong>Traceability</strong></p><p>ensure traceability of inspections during the inspection phase, following Quality Department guidelines;</p><p>assist in investigations related to faults and issues involving car parts, equipment, or production tools, in collaboration with the Reliability Department, Design Office, and Race Team;</p><p>support the Production Department by performing inspections during the production process.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Technical high school diploma;</p><p>Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive companies (motorsport experience preferred);</p><p>Proficiency in reading technical drawings with expertise in precision mechanics, materials, and material treatments;</p><p>Familiarity with measurement tools:</p><ul><li><strong>Coordinate Measuring Machines</strong>: Zeiss (Calypso software) and/or Hexagon (PolyWorks software);</li><li><strong>Anthropomorphic Measuring Arms</strong>: with laser scanning head (preferably with PolyWorks software);</li><li><strong>Standard Bench Tools</strong>: micrometer, vernier, gauge blocks, roughness meter, hardness meter, profilometer, etc.</li></ul><p>Knowledge of automotive Quality systems and procedures:</p><ul><li>experience working with external suppliers;</li><li>understanding of non-conformity management and traceability concepts.</li></ul><p>Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred);</p><p>Proficiency in English (B1 level preferred);</p><p>High flexibility, including availability to work shifts, overtime, and weekends;</p><p>Proactive attitude and strong pressure/stress management skills;</p><p>Willingness to travel for business, both within Italy and abroad.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Visa Cash App RB F1 Team is an equal opportunities employer, we will evaluate applications from all members of society irrespective of age, sex, sexual orientation, race, religion or belief.</p>
