Accounting Systems Coordinator

The Accounting Systems Coordinator is expected to review all types of accounting documents for accuracy, be detail oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines. Being able to forge relationships, both internally and externally, will be critical to success in this position.

Please note: The position is remote, however, employees must be located in a state where we currently operate: AZ, NM, OR, NV, CO, TX, MN, WI, OK, FL, TN, NC, MI, IN, OH, GA

Hours of operations are Monday/Friday, 8-5pm AZ.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Audit customer invoices daily for accuracy, including invoice billing information and payment application.

· Daily completion of all batching and exporting into our accounting system.

· Monitor shared email and direct questions/approvals through multiple departments.

· Participate customer refund process including appropriate manager approvals and proper account notation.

· Review invoice discount process to ensure appropriate manager approvals and proper account notation.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Focused and attentive to details, excellent data entry processes.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

· Self-starter who takes initiative and is motivated without constant direction.

Required Education and Experience:

· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in systems analysis, customer service or business administration.

· 1 year Service Titan experience.

· High school diploma.
