Position Summary
Assesses training needs and conducts training. Coordinates the delivery and design of programs within scope of responsibility.
Candidate will reside in and work from any state in which there is a physical Zone presence, limited to: Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, or Kentucky. Previous experience adjusting personal and/or commercial auto claims is PREFERRED. Previous mentoring or training experience is PREFERRED.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops and delivers training curriculum to Employees and Agents, using available technologies
- Schedules and delivers training in response to organizational needs. Consults with leadership to assess
current training solutions and recommends training program modifications. - Reviews education materials and updates as necessary. Collaborates with other content owners to
ensure that content is accurate and current - Maintains and applies current knowledge of trends affecting the insurance industry and/or adult learning.
- Assists with projects related to assigned line of business or functional area. Conducts research and makes recommendations as required.

• Bachelor's degree in related field required; or
• Associate's degree in related field and two year related experience required; or
