Job Description

Mission Technologies, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, is searching for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Electronic Warfare Operations Analyst for the Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) Contract, located in Coronado, CA.  The individual in this position should have expertise in Basic, Integrated, and Sustainment Phase Training requirements for naval forces assigned to the Commander U.S. THIRD Fleet and have extensive knowledge and understanding of Electronic Warfare exercise requirements.  Position requires flexibility to work occasional non-standard work hours and work weeks of more than 40 hours to meet business, customer, and contractual requirements.  Additionally, position requires flexibility as duties and responsibilities may be adjusted to meet business, customer, and contractual requirements.      

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, brief, conduct, and debrief military training exercises.
  • Operate and communicate via VHF, UHF, HF and other tactical voice systems.
  • Execute land operations on San Clemente Island (must be tolerant of exposure to dust)
  • Execute eight-hour Range Support Craft (RSC) operations IVO San Clemente Island
  • 45lbs lift in both land and underway environment.
  • Compile post-exercise debrief products. (video, audio, electronic snapshots, into a single digital file)
  • Provide Electronic Warfare (CTT/CTR) electronic injects

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field or,
  • 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field or,
  • 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field or,
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel (about 30%).
  • Must currently hold and be able to maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

 

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Engineering or Management.
  • Proven Military Officer Sub-Specialist designation in EWMilitary EW/ELINT operational experience.
  • Navy Enlisted Classification in EW/IO.
  • Basic computer networking to conduct remote operation with networked assets.
  • Knowledge of Navy operational and administrative procedures and directives.
  • ELINT database manag
