Senior SAP Consultant - French Speaking, Finance

Our <em>Finance team </em>covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest Finance teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b><span><span><span>What you will do</span></span></span></b></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><span><span>As a key member of our Finance Business Unit, you will:</span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Lead SAP S/4HANA implementations in Public and Private Cloud environments.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Manage the successful delivery of complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment. Including changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs to keep the project plan accurate, updated, as defined;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Manage all phases of the implementation of S/4HANA Finance or SAP FS-CD (optionally);</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Identify high-level risks on the projects, assumptions, and constraints; implement approved actions and workarounds to minimize the impact of risks on the project;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Lead and assist in business development initiatives along with supporting the development of the Business Unit's strategy;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Promote and participate in sharing expertise, strengthening msg global's collective knowledge, and helping resolve our clients’ challenges;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Develop your knowledge and extend project experience in SAP’s newest and future solutions;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b><span><span><span>What we are looking for​</span></span></span></b></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Minimum 7 years of relevant experience on core modules of S4/HANA Finance (FI-GL, FI-CO, FI-AM, FI-AR, and FI-AP);</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance, accounting, computer science, or business analytics) or other equivalent experience;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Extensive work experience in SAP implementations;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Experience in managing senior-level client relationships along with upselling and cross-selling experience;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Experience with the presales process, answering RFP, and creation of customer proposals;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Experience in managing teams along with excellent interpersonal skills;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Excellent customer-facing skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Excellent presentation and time-management skills;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Business and financial acumen along with a strong and structured analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Fluent in French, Spanish and English (oral and in writing);</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Ability to travel up to 75%;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><span><span>Nice to have</span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p>
