Collections Senior Process Associate with Spanish

You will perform tasks in line with the written procedures or assigned by senior staff under supervision. </span></span></span></p> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Highschool diploma is mandatory;</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Languages: English and Spanish – minimum B2;</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Microsoft Excel skills – intermediate;</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Customer service skills;</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Team player attitude. </span></span></span></li> </ul> <h2>Job Responsibilities</h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Responsible for chasing outstanding invoices from customers of our clients;</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Contact overdue customers and chase for payment in accordance with rules set by the engagement;</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Issue and monitor automatic and manual reminders to customers; </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Document customer interactions into system;</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Performs basic reconciliations;</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Proactively collect and escalate overdue accounts and ensure customer payment to terms;</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers;</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Working schedule: Monday to Friday within business hours. </span></span></span></span></li> </ul>
