Job Responsibilities

  • Distribute and print tickets for UNF Athletic and Outside Events
  • Assist with outbound sales campaigns including phone calls, social media, email, and text message
  • Assist on game day with customer service and group activations
  • Assist in promoting athletic events in the community as well as on campus
  • Complete minimum weekly office hours and office responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Interest in athletics and the sport industry
  • Ability to manage time commitments
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

The holder of this position is responsible for any NCAA and Atlantic Sun Conference bylaws and guidelines that a member of the UNF Athletic Compliance Department provides in addition to all UNF regulations. The individual must also assure that NCAA, Conference and UNF regulations are followed to the best of their knowledge and any violations thereof are reported to UNF Athletic Compliance.
