Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking an HR Assistant to provide essential support to the Human Resources team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of HR administrative tasks and projects, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. - Onboarding and Offboarding
- Enter new hire paperwork and documentation
- Process exit paperwork
- Employee Records Management
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of records
- Track attendance, leave, and other employee data

- Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
