The Junior Client Implementation Engineer plays a crucial role in the successful implementation of our software solutions, tailored to meet our clients' unique needs. This position involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with design and application teams, and ensuring that the final product aligns with the client's specifications.

 

What you'll be doing:

• Meet with client team to understand their software needs and requirements.
• Coordinate with design teams to create software designs that fit within the capabilities of our platform.
• Implement the agreed-upon design into the client's software workspace, which includes creating the workspace through scripts and performing front-end configuration and implementation.
• Coordinate with application teams to install necessary applications onto the workspace.
• Implement support and self-serve features, such as intercom content.
• Ensure that all customer needs are implemented correctly, and that the final product is handed over to the client and client team seamlessly.
• Continually monitor project progress, anticipate potential problems, and devise and implement appropriate solutions.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with all stakeholders, keeping them updated on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

 

What you'll need:

• Front-end configuration implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service and a seamless client experience.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and a commitment to staying up to date with new technologies and trends
• Understanding of UI Design / tools (Figma; photo editing)
• Understanding of Web design (HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript)
• Good Excel skills
• Understanding of Troubleshooting web applications (Developer Tools)
• Understand process flows.
• Application Hierarchy Understanding
• SharePoint Experience
