P2P Master Data Specialist (m/f/x) - temporary replacement

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for master data processing, management and ensuring data integrity and accuracy

• Involved in financial master data, vendor, customer and intercompany

• Coordinate between ERP and individual process data standards for in scope and third-party processes

• Review and execute master data change requests from markets and functional SSC Associates in a timely manner

• Work closely with functional SSC Associates to resolve master data related discrepancies, issues and queries in a timely manner by escalating to the Master Data Team Lead as required

• Support master data projects and work with the Zoetis Business Technology team to build data requirements and governance frameworks for future IT projects

• Leverage related systems and follow procedures to ensure robust compliance environment with SOX, internal controls, accounting policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree (educational background in Finance and/or Accounting preferred)

• 1-2 years of professional experience 

• Experience working in SSC/BPO environment would be an asset 

• Good command of English (B2 level)

• Ability to work in culturally diverse teams

• Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills 

• Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Access) and hands on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
