Senior Billing Quality Control Specialist

Role Overview

This person will report to a Leader and support functions for payment processing for Planet’s acquiring business. Responsibilities for this role include being part of the accounting team and overseeing an organization’s day-to-day financial transactions, including customer invoicing and reconciliation. The role includes also

• conducting thorough reviews of billing operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures,
• identifying discrepancies and providing feedback to relevant departments for resolution,
• preparing and maintaining quality control documentation and reports
• assisting in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures
• providing training sessions to the Team members based on the findings during the control check
• being responsible for project management related with billing

Who you are :

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field

• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven experience in billing, or similar role

• Familiarity with quality control processes and compliance standards

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast- paced environment

• Good knowledge of German or French is desirable
