AYR Supervisor - Dietary

Position Overview: In this role you will be expected to motivate employees to complete assignments in a timely manner and hold them accountable. You will be expected to set a positive example by displaying a friendly and professional attitude to all customers and staff. Various shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.

Pre-Employment Requirements: 

• We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Education Requirements:

• Validation of high school diploma or equivalent preferred, but will consider previous related work experience.

Job Requirements: 

• Must have MCHD Food Handlers Card.
• Must have previous supervisor experience in Food Service.
• Must be able to motivate staff to complete tasks.
• Must present self in a professional manner.
• Must be able to speak clearly.
• Must be able follow Safety procedures.
• Must be able to follow Policies & Procedures.
• Must be able to follow verbal direction.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts.
• Must be willing to be cross trained.
• Must be a team player.
