The Boeing CompanyWe are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Healthcare and Insurance Data Analyst to join the Health & Insurance Operations team supporting Boeing’s US employee health, insurance and ancillary plans and programs. This role maintains and audits benefit data and systems, partners with cross‑functional teams and vendors, and helps ensure accurate benefit administration across systems. This role will be located in Mesa, AZ.
Position responsibilities:
- Research, respond to, and resolve benefit-related data inquiries of varying complexity.
- Facilitate and coordinate functional sub-team meetings to address service gaps or operational issues.
- Serve as the data focal for Bargaining Contingency Planning (manage Boeing-to-Alight data exchanges during work stoppages; validate data with cross‑functional teams).
- Collect, organize, protect and store benefit-related data to enable analysis and reporting.
- Support data input and file transmission processes (e.g., files to EDG, EIB loads).
- Provide security administration for TRD systems and process security access requests.
- Maintain internal operational metrics and ad hoc/scheduled reporting (Workday, BERT, HRPR, Tableau).
- Perform data management tasks and systems testing; analyze test results using analytic tools.
- Audit supplier data, troubleshoot operational and batch processing issues, and ensure data consistency across systems.
- Configure and process HRPR benefit program tables end‑to‑end.
- Analyze production problems, identify root causes, and recommend solutions; collaborate with Payroll, Strategy, IT and application vendors to implement fixes.
- Lead or participate in testing, training, upgrades, and new implementations (blockpoints and releases).
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, validate integrations, test and support deployments.
- Calculate contribution corrections and maintain Labor Group Table and earning code audits for retirement savings plans.
- Provide oversight for TCS, BAO system updates/data administration, ACA reporting (H&I), annual W‑2 Box 12DD processes, and BHIPS discard review/oversight.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience with data management and analytical skills: experience collecting, validating, auditing and protecting HR/benefits data
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting batch and production issues to drive root-cause resolution
- 3+ years of experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- 3+ years of experience working with Workday and/or similar HCM systems and common reporting tools
- 3+ years of experience partnering effectively across cross-functional teams, vendors and IT
- 3+ years of experience working with confidential information and maintaining data security
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with HRPR, BERT, Tableau, and/or Alight systems
- Previous experience performing security administration for HR-related systems
- Comfortable presenting to audiences at all levels, virtually and in-person
- Prior experience with ACA reporting, W‑2 Box 12DD processes, or BHIPS oversight
