The Principal Product Insights Program Manager will be a key member of the Product Insights team, responsible for driving Customer Sentiment projects. This role is pivotal in managing the development and implementation of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) measurement tools within NetSuite. The Program Manager will oversee requirement gathering, ensure quality of deliverables, and act as a liaison between product teams, product managers, analysts, and other stakeholders. This role will also focus on integrating these tools with other data analysis processes to enhance overall customer insight capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- NPS Product Implementation: Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the NPS program across NetSuite products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Manage relationships with internal system providers and cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on project goals.
- Requirements Collection and Quality Assurance: Continuously gather requirements and maintain quality standards for customer sentiment tools, focusing on maximizing their effectiveness.
- Analyst Collaboration: Work closely with analysts to extract maximum value from sentiment and satisfaction data, ensuring insights are actionable and impactful.
- Privacy and Security Compliance: Oversee CSAT and NPS data processes, ensuring all tools meet security and privacy standards.
- Tool Enablement and Engagement: Provide resources and support to promote and increase engagement with customer satisfaction tools across teams, adapting tools based on feedback and emerging needs.
- Process Integration: Develop methods to combine customer sentiment data with other NetSuite analytics tools to create a comprehensive view of customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 10+ years in similar roles, preferably within customer sentiment analysis or product management fields.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven capacity to manage complex projects under tight deadlines
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Experience with NPS, CSAT, and other customer sentiment tools
