Our model of care focuses on a personal and self-directed process that empowers the people we serve and helps them to develop the skills to thrive!</p></div><p><strong>Title:</strong> Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide)</p> <p><strong>Job Duties: </strong>The Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) is responsible for assisting in the provision of the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, and assisting in crisis intervention.
