Manager, SAP Business Systems

QUALIFICATIONS

 

 

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer service oriented
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or ECC
• 5 to 7 years’ experience with project and daily support of SAP operations activities in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Experience with supporting SAP operational users to troubleshoot or train on system processes and best practice procedures
• Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of new ERP system functionality
• Experience in a FDA regulated environment with heavy product development and R&D
• Project Management experience

 

Preferred:

• Experience with multiple SAP modules such as FI, MM, PP, QM, PM, SD, LE, or DMS
• Experience with Business Client and Fiori interfaces
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Project Management Certifications

 

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent analytical abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to define business requirements and write functional specification documents
• Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail through documentation, including but not limited to test scripts and work instructions
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, and prioritize effectively
• Ability to define, manage, and communicate project plans, schedules, tasks, and milestones
• Ability to manage a project team to scope, execute, and complete projects on time and on budget
• Self-Starter with good time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project for the Web, etc.)
• Experience in developing and conducting presentations with Power Point
• Working knowledge in SAP support and usage, preferably S/4 HANA
• Ability to learn and utilize future software/applications as they are deployed
• Ability to manage analysis that will impact decision making with the company
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments, working with business owners, subject matte
