About the role
POSITION GOAL
To serve as advisor and provide assistance to secondary level broadcast journalism classes and student productions, District-wide.
ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; certification secondary education.
- Three (3) years of successful classroom teaching experience in broadcast journalism.
- Knowledge of use of instructional television in the classroom; ability to teach the use of television production equipment and techniques to secondary level students and school-based journalism teachers
