Job Description

  • Support Legal Affairs, Employment Law, Fair Employment Practices and Production & Operations in ensuring production company compliance with Respect in the Workplace policies and protocols
  • Handle email and teams contact with all levels of internal and external executives in a professional manner
  • Track approved policies, training decks, call sheets, and other required production company deliverables related to RITW protocols and guidelines
  • Audit RITW/DEI training attendance sheets to ensure all required cast/crew have attended required trainings
  • Maintain database of approved trainers, on-set resources, and other required information
  • Create and deliver reports incorporating metrics from database and case management system
  • Perform other related duties to support the department

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative capacity
  • Strong proficiency in computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • General knowledge of technology

Additional Requirements

  • Must be willing to work in New York, NY
  • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
