JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

University Health Services, at The Pennsylvania State University, is seeking a Pharmacy Services Associate to serve as a first-line liaison for internal and external customers including guests, clients, faculty, staff, students, and vendors. Shift for this position will range anywhere between 7:30 am-6:00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver quality service and correspond with a diverse customer base in person, by phone, email, fax, or regular mail. 

  • Responding to routine customer questions and/or needs, provide appropriate response/service; refer to other department(s)/unit(s) as appropriate.

  • May process a variety of financial forms/transactions and maintain inventories.

  • Operating various equipment and computer systems. 

  • Reporting unusual situations or concerns to appropriate personnel.

  • Providing general support services to the office. 

This position requires a High School Diploma/GED, Vocational Training/Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:

$34,800.00 - $50,500.00
