🚀 Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain machine learning and NLP models to improve content creation and user experience
• Design and run experiments, iteratively re-train models, and perform statistical evaluation
• Identify relevant datasets and lead data annotation efforts
• Stay up to date with state-of-the-art AI/ML technologies and propose innovative solutions
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional expert teams to deploy scalable data products

👤 Profile sought :

Education : 

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience : 

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer (5+ years if only holding a Bachelor’s degree)

Technical Skills :

• Strong foundation in AI/ML techniques, including NLP, deep learning, classification, and clustering. 
• Proficiency in Python (OOP); experience with Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Keras, Scipy
• Familiarity with data structures, text representation, and semantic extraction in NLP contexts
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, GCP, or AWS) and containerization (Docker)
• Experience in creating and integrating APIs (RESTful, asynchronous, etc.)
• Familiarity with LLMs and translation tools like Google Models or DeepL
• Ability to write clean, production-ready code
• Bonus: experience with frontend development, serverless cloud deployment, or deep Linux knowledge
