As an Equipment Technician III, you’ll be part of a hands-on team supporting more than 300 pieces of equipment across multiple locations. Whether you're delivering equipment, diagnosing a repair, coordinating with a vendor, or helping another tech troubleshoot an issue—you’re the go-to person for anything equipment related.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build good working relationships with team members and third-party vendors, and the willingness to be flexible in responsibilities. Some days, you may even act as a backup driver to support delivery operations.

You’ll make an impact by…

• Diagnosing and resolving issues with a variety of equipment in the field.
• Delivering, relocating, and retrieving equipment as needed.
• Coordinating with vendors to schedule repairs and service appointments.
• Supporting other technicians and team members with field work and troubleshooting.
• Acting as a backup delivery driver when needed.
• Maintaining accurate records and communication through computer systems and Outlook.
• Being flexible and ready to shift priorities to meet operational needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including email (Outlook), spreadsheets, and vendor platforms.
• Ability to diagnose and support equipment-related issues and work with third-party vendors.
• Comfortable working in the field with limited supervision.
• Willingness to act as a backup delivery driver when needed.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and transport equipment as needed.
