Box needs to hire exceptional talent to build the modern content cloud and it all starts with our world-class Recruiting team. We are looking for a Senior G&A Recruiter with deep talent acquisition experience and industry knowledge to hire across a diverse mix of teams such as: Business Systems & Operations, Global Security, Corporate Finance, Controllership, Business Intelligence, Legal & Compliance, and People & Communities teams (and so on).

LOCATION
This role is located in our Redwood City, CA office. Employees based from a Box office hub are expected to visit the office 2+ days per week on average.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process (sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, closing) for a diverse mix of roles varying in seniority and complexity
- Partner closely with teams to develop and execute successful recruiting strategies, leveraging best practices to ensure quality hiring decisions
- Use data and insights to influence the business on key decisions related to talent or business objectives
- Help drive process optimization efforts on the team, and/or contribute to cross-functional projects and programs
- Reliably use our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and other tools in our recruiting tech stack
- Work cross-functionally with People Partners, Finance, and other internal teams on headcount prioritization
- Be a culture champion for Box through authentic storytelling
WHO YOU ARE
- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with a track record of closing in-demand talent
- G&A recruiting experience for a technology company required
- Additional exposure to technical recruiting or GTM recruiting preferred
- Fluent with key recruiting metrics and data that help inform optimal recruiting processes
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies that build diverse pipelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Comfortable navigating through ambiguity and simplifying complexity
- Approaches work with a team-centric, solutions oriented mindset
- Demonstrated track record of building strong cross-functional relationships
- Ability to work in office at least two days a week
Box lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture.
