The Opportunity:

As a Scrum Master, you know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need a Scrum Master like you to help us accomplish critical tasks that will modernize the Naval cyber security infrastructure.

 

You’ll utilize industry best practices to update organizational procedures and promote the enterprise-wide adoption of a Scaled Agile Framework. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to plan, build, implement, and iterate on technical documentation and workflows to help our clients achieve their digital transformation objectives. As a Scrum Master on our team, you will grow your experience in tactical planning and delivery while developing and contributing to a variety of project solutions that will improve data protection and security for our Navy.

You Have:  

• 5+ years of experience with Agile project management principles or scrum methodology

• Experience with leading Scrum Teams and facilitating meetings in a virtual environment with internal and external stakeholders

• Experience with supporting a Department of the Navy or DoD program

• Ability to work closely with Release Train Engineer (RTE) and government Product and Project Managers in Agile Release Train (ART), support Program Increment (PI) Planning and Sprints, and conduct daily standups

• Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust to shifting priorities

• Knowledge of the SAFe framework

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:  

• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Experience with Agile project management tools, including ServiceNow and JIRA

• Knowledge Power BI

• Possession of excellent problem-solving skills

• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Certification

Clearance:  

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
