About the role
<p><strong>Base.</strong> is a leading e-commerce platform with over 20 years of experience, originally from Eastern Europe.</p><p>It stands out for its strong ability to adapt to client needs, automate internal processes, and act as a central hub and key solution for e-commerce businesses.</p><p>This position is open to support the growth of the Base France team.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the implementation of new clients on Base., from kick-off to operational launch.</li><li>Configure and set up Base. according to client needs, including:</li><ul><li>product workflows (management, enrichment, publishing),</li><li>order workflows (business rules, automations, synchronizations).</li></ul><li>Design and implement custom solutions with a strong focus on complex system architecture and advanced configurations.</li><li>Demonstrate a strong technical mindset and ability to understand and structure complex systems (basic coding knowledge is a plus).</li><li>Support the setup of external integrations (ERP, PIM, CMS, marketplaces, carriers, payment solutions…), including:</li><ul><li>data exchange setup,</li><li>business mappings,</li><li>integration testing and functional validation.</li></ul><li>Provide ongoing client support, acting as the technical and functional point of contact during the project and after deployment.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support the technical sales cycle.</li><li>Work with Product and Tech teams to relay client needs and contribute to the evolution of Base.</li><li>Document, optimize, and standardize implementation processes.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of E-commerce / ERP / logistics / SaaS environments.</li><li>Strong experience and capability in system integration.</li><li>Strong technical mindset with the ability to design and understand complex architectures (coding knowledge is a plus).</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Project Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in project management (scoping, coordination, follow-up).</li><li>End-to-end project management: scoping, execution, development, deployment.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Interpersonal Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Comfortable in a client-facing role, with strong communication and teaching abilities.</li><li>Willingness and ability to work directly with clients on-site (including travel to client offices and warehouses for system setup).</li><li>Solution-oriented mindset, pragmatic, able to quickly identify resolution paths.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>The opportunity to actively shape the global e-commerce market and implement solutions that make a difference</li><li>Inspiring collaboration with passionate professionals from diverse cultures and all corners of the world</li><li>The chance for professional and personal growth within a rapidly growing company—grow with us </li></ul><p></p>
