We are seeking an Associated Director of Voice Conferencing and Integration within the Mission System business, specifically in the Protected Communications Systems business area and the Voice C2 & New Markets segment. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing and directing the Voice Conferencing programs, ensuring that all initiatives align with the overarching business objectives. You will play a crucial role in achieving the annual operating plan by leading and coordinating cross-functional teams. This includes managing contract performance across various dimensions such as cost, schedule, and technical/quality, while also ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the organization.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will oversee an interorganizational transfer agreement with Raytheon, which is essential for managing a key contract that supports nuclear command and control communications capabilities for the U.S. government. The services encompassed within this contract include a range of critical functions such as help desk support, depot operations, spare parts management, repairs, obsolescence management. The Associate Director will also manage the software base management, software patching, and software enhancements provided under the Collins business. Furthermore, the role involves overseeing the installation and checkout of equipment for both aircraft and ground facilities, ensuring that all operations meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

This is an onsite role at our Largo, FL facility.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Typically requires: Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience OR  Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
  • Strategic Program Leadership: Experience overseeing complex contracts and aligning them with corporate business objectives
  • Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Proven ability to lead and integrate efforts across engineering, operations, contracts, subcontracts, and logistics teams
  • Contract Management & Compliance: Experience managing contract performance across cost, schedule, and technical quality dimensions
  • Stakeholder Communication: Strong skills in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure organizational transparency and alignment
  • Interorganizational Partnership Management: Experience handling transfer agreements and strategic partnerships
  • Quality Assurance & Engineering Excellence: commitment to maintaining the highest standards in technical execution and operational effectiveness
  • Clearances: US citizenship and active DoD Top Secret clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Certifications: CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent demonstrate commitment and PM knowledge
  • Voice & Command-Control Systems Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of nuclear C2 communications and related system architectures
  • Help Desk & Depot Operations Oversight: Experience in managing and supporting services including troubleshooting, logistics, repairs, and spare parts provisioning
  • Obsolescence & Lifecycle Management: Experience in managing and overseeing software baseline control, patching strategies, obsolescence mitigation, and system enhancements
  • Technical Installation & Checkout Oversight: Experience in managing equipment installation, checkout and testing for both aircraft and ground facilities
