Junior Mission Assurance Specialist

Tyto Athene is searching for a Junior Mission Assurance Specialist to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conducts Mission Support Analysis to identify mission protection requirements, assess potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Performs Readiness Reviews to evaluate and enhance the preparedness of mission-critical systems, infrastructure, and personnel.
• Identifies and manages KT-C and MRT-C to ensure operational effectiveness, cyber resilience, and mission continuity.
• Implements Risk Management Practices to anticipate, assess, and mitigate mission risks across all operational domains.
• Supports 24/7/365 Operations including COOP, exercises, and deployments from Doral, FL, maintaining continuous mission support and responsiveness.

Required:

• 0-3 years of experience AA/AS or BA/BS

Desired:

• 2 years of experience

Clearance:

• Secret clearance required

Certification:

• IAT Level 1 or higher
