This job is based in a cutting-edge facility in Kildare.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of both decommissioning and commissioning of facilities instrumentation and associated controls on both utility and process systems.</p> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Lead and co-ordinate the I &amp; C commissioning team, working closely with operations, engineering and construction disciplines to ensure smooth system delivery.</li> <li>Provide technical direction, manage team workloads, and act as the primary escalation point for commissioning related issues.</li> <li>Responsible for both decommissioning and commissioning of facilities instrumentation and associated controls on both utility and process systems.</li> <li>These systems include, but are not limited to, AHU’s, Chillers, Boilers, Scrubbed Exhausts, Water Treatment, and Industrial Waste Systems.</li> <li>Generation and execution of documentation to support decommissioning activities on live systems in line with site procedures.</li> <li>Generation and execution of commissioning documentation such as OAT’s &amp; FAT’s (Operational &amp; Functional Acceptance Tests).</li> <li>Ensure all work comply with health, safety and environmental (EHS) policies.</li> <li>Maintain all documentation in an organised and controlled manner, in compliance with client procedures.</li> <li>Work with operations and engineering teams to develop testing protocols and start-up procedures.</li> <li>Demonstrate ownership and show initiative to resolve issues in a timely manner in a high paced, schedule driven environment.</li> <li>Support the training of operations and maintenance personnel in the department.</li> </ul> <h3>Skills Required:</h3> <ul> <li>Ideally at least 3 years industry experience.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interface wit
