Senior Engagement Lead, Data & Analytics (Hybrid)

As a Senior Engagement Lead, Data & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in strategic data & analytics initiatives. You will manage relationships with IT Business Partners and stakeholders, oversee project demands, and ensure successful project delivery. You will also manage key responsibilities including demand planning, risk mitigation, definition of scope and acceptance criteria, stakeholder communication, and change management. **This position is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week on-site at our Allendale, NJ office.**

What you will do:

• Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with ITBPs and other project stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and issues.
  • Align project outcomes with stakeholders' satisfaction and business goals.
  • Continuously seek feedback and implement improvements.
• Demand and Scope Management:
  • Engage early in the process to understand Data & Analytics (D&A) demand.
  • Plan and prioritize project demands in alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with ITBPs to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Finalize business needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Project Monitoring:
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders.
• Defining Acceptance Criteria:
  • Establish clear definitions of project success and acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to both ITBPs and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparency and alignment across all project phases.
• Deployment and Change Management:
  • Partner with Project Managers (PM) to manage project deployment, change management, and the triple constraints (scope, time, and cost).
  • Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new solutions.

What you need:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required.
• Master's degree in MIS, MBA or related disciplines preferred.
• 8+ years of IT experience with demonstrated knowledge Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, and data & analytics platforms required.
• 3+ years of leadership responsibility managing internal and external teams, influencing senior-level management and stakeholders; medical device or other regulated industry preferred.
• Experience with Azure Synapse, PowerBI, Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and other related technologies preferred.
• Analytics certifications on Azure platform preferred.
