Strategic Sourcing Analyst

The Enterprise Supply Management – CAPS team is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to join the team! In this role, you’ll evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and delivery standards. You’ll lead contracts, including master agreements and SOWs, while working closely with collaborators to align business needs with contractual terms. You’ll also lead RFPs, run vendor bidding processes, and help award contracts. This role focuses on professional services, non-IT categories, and physical security.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and prepare medium- to high-complexity strategic sourcing transactions, negotiate terms, and select suppliers for products and services.

• Perform supply market data analysis and recommend suppliers and vendors to the business. Stay informed on industry trends and category strategies.

• Drive engagements, resolve issues, and involve collaborators as needed. Work with sourcing operations teams, business leaders, and legal and risk partners throughout each transaction.

• Ensure proper closure of transactions, including successful handoff to purchasing and payables teams, validation of supplier compliance with payment terms, and delivery of complete documentation to the contracting team.

• Support adherence to procurement policies and procedures. Promote fair business practices and ensure optimal execution and pricing.

• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Five years related work experience.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

• Strong stakeholder management and professional communication skills.

• Solid understanding of procurement processes to guide teams.

• Determined with strong organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines.
