This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Strategic Deterrent System (SDS) Division. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80A. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Physical Security Specialist: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience; or a Master's degree and 0 years of experience; or 4 years of additional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
Principal Physical Security Specialist: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience; or Master's degree and 3 years of experience; or PhD with 1 year of experience; or an additional 4 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
Required for Both Levels:
- Must have US Citizenship with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance
- Must have an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
- Must have GSA Certification or must be able to obtain within 6 months
- Must have ICD 705 Training or must be able to obtain within 6 months
- Experience with Computer and desktop Microsoft office software products
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance.
- Self-starter with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07 manuals.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Security Information Management System (SIMs).
- Meticulous record-keeping and responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication skills, speaking, writing skills, and organizational skills enabling effective communications.
