At Jolera, we treat each MSP partner with specialized care and uniquely organize our products for your individual business needs.</p><p><u><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></u><br />The Inside Sales role is part of Jolera’s sales team, focusing on the ongoing management of B2B clients and the monitoring of recurring order processes. This role contributes directly to the customer experience and the operational efficiency of the sales department, serving as a gateway to a career in technology sales and managed services.<br /><br /><u><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Manage a portfolio of active clients (B2B), ensuring regular and proactive follow-up</li><li>Process and monitor recurring purchase orders end-to-end</li><li>Ensure clients have visibility of order status, communicating clearly and in a timely manner</li><li>Liaise with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to resolve issues</li><li>Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience at all touchpoints</li><li>Record and keep customer and process information up to date in the CRM</li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and propose them to the team</li></ul><p><u><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):</strong></u></p><ul><li>Average customer response time</li><li>Rate of orders resolved within the agreed timeframe (SLA compliance)</li><li>Customer satisfaction (CSAT)</li><li>Volume of orders processed per period</li></ul><p><u><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></u></p><ul><li>A degree in Management, Engineering, Technology or a related field</li><li>Certifications in technology-related fields (cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure) are an advantage<br /></li></ul><p><u><strong>Professional Experience:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Previous experience in administrative or commercial roles</li><li>Genuine interest in technology and IT (desirable)</li></ul><p><u><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Technical knowledge of workstation equipment or other components (desirable)<br /></li></ul><p><u><strong>Soft Skills:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Organization and attention to detail</li><li>Good oral and written communication skills</li><li>Team spirit and a sense of responsibility</li><li>Proactive approach to resolving day-to-day issues</li></ul><p><u><strong>Tools/Software:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams)</li><li>Dynamics CRM (preferred)</li></ul>
