You will be an important point of contact for customers and will assist in preparing quotations and coordinating with internal teams.<br><br>This position is well suited for someone at the start of their career who is eager to learn and grow within a commercial and customer-oriented environment.<br><br>Tasks;</p><ul><li>Manage a shared mailbox and respond to incoming customer requests in a timely manner</li><li>Support in analyzing customer needs and gathering missing information when needed</li><li>Assist in preparing and sending quotations, with guidance from senior colleagues</li><li>Follow up on quotes and maintain clear communication with customers</li><li>Coordinate with Sales Managers and Business Developers to ensure proper follow-up</li><li>Provide administrative support and help keep internal processes organized</li><li>Gradually take ownership of standard requests as you gain experience</li><li>Contribute to outreach activities (e.g., contacting prospects, scheduling meetings) when needed</li></ul><p></p>
