API Integration Senior Specialist

To support our continued growth, we’re looking for an API Integration Senior Specialist to join our team in Paris. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients integrate SecuTix into their IT ecosystems and maximize the value of our solutions. You will report directly to the Technical Manager, who oversees the company’s overall technical integration projects.

 

Main responsibilities

Lead Integration Projects:

• Manage client integration projects end-to-end (CRM, CDP, accounting exports, online sales, SSO, etc.) on time, within scope, and with top quality.
• Organize and lead technical workshops with clients.
• Analyze technical requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate closely with the project team to configure and tailor the platform to each client’s needs.

Document and Share Knowledge:

• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, tool guides, and troubleshooting resources.
• Enrich our internal knowledge base by documenting best practices, recurring issues, and proven solutions.
• Lead internal training sessions to strengthen the team’s technical understanding of our SaaS platform.

Provide Technical Expertise and Support:

• Act as the go-to expert for all integration topics for our clients and teams.
• Manage the full deployment lifecycle of integration projects.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve any technical issues related to third-party integrations.

Your profile

• Experience in junior technical project management or API integration, with the ambition to work in a client-facing role.
• Solid technical background; experience with SaaS solutions is a plus.
• Excellent command of REST APIs—including design, calls, authentication, and debugging—and proficiency with related tools such as Postman, Swagger, cURL, etc.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent) to automate and test integrations.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Team player with curiosity, adaptability, and a hands-on attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a professional and proactive mindset.
• Fluent in French, with English proficiency at B2 level.
